2. Scope of Services
AABEX Healthcare operates as a certified clinical staffing recruitment consultancy and medical supplies procurement distributor. Our services include:
- Sourcing and matching clinical candidates (doctors, nurses, HCAs) with NHS trusts and private medical groups.
- Providing immigration relocation and Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) document assistance.
- Distributing CE, UKCA, and ISO-13485 certified surgical, diagnostic, and ward equipment assets.
3. Clinical Recruitment & Candidate Vetting
Candidates applying for clinical placements through AABEX must provide accurate professional logs, active NMC/GMC registration records, and language qualifications (IELTS/OET). Sourcing fees are governed by individual NHS Trust framework contracts. AABEX strictly complies with the WHO Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel.
4. Equipment Procurement & Logistics SLAs
Purchase orders for medical machinery, ICU ventilators, or bulk consumables are binding upon email/invoice dispatch. Delivery schedules (typically 3-5 days for stocked items) and warranty coverages (typically 3-5 years) are governed by specific service SLAs. Technical support call-out terms are subject to local contract schedules.
5. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
We process personal information (candidate CVs, health records, procurement orders) in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Privacy Act 2018. Please consult our Privacy Policy for details on data retention and eraser rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All code, brand identifiers, logo images (`aabexhealthlogo.png`), custom graphics, and copywriting text on this site are protected by copyright and trademark legislation in the United Kingdom. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
